Terms of service

These terms govern use of CueForward, the race event management platform at app.cueforward.com, operated by Chuzie Group (“CueForward”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
An account belongs to a race organization. The person who creates it confirms they are authorized to act for that organization. You are responsible for who you invite, what they do, and for keeping sign-in credentials private.
Your events and your participants
You own the data about your events and your participants. You grant us the right to store, process and display it as needed to run the service, including sending it to the service providers named in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, for the accuracy of what you publish (dates, prices, refund policy, waivers), and for complying with the laws that apply to your event.
Payments
Registration fees and store purchases are collected through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account; participant payments are charged to it directly and paid out by Stripe under Stripe's terms. CueForward deducts a platform fee from each transaction, disclosed in the app before you publish an event. Refunds to participants are your decision and are issued from your Stripe balance. Card network and Stripe fees on refunded transactions are not returned.
Fees and plans
Platform fees and any subscription charges are shown in the app. We may change them with at least thirty days' notice by email; changes do not apply to registrations already taken.
AI features
Analytics answers, drafted communications and agent recommendations are generated by software and can be wrong. Review them before you act on them or send them. You remain responsible for every message sent and every change published from your account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for legitimate events you organize or are authorized to manage.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data or to probe or disrupt the service.
- Do not send unsolicited bulk email through the service.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available, especially on race days, but it is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance.
Termination
You can close your account at any time; we will provide an export of your data on request. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where practical. Registrations already sold remain valid and payable to you through Stripe.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost registrations or revenue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email at least thirty days before they take effect.
